Enrollment
Enrolling is easy with University of Arizona South Continuing Education! There are five options to chose from:

No matter what option you chose, you'll need to provide the following information:

Your name
Your phone numbers (day, evening and cell)
Your email address
Class title and dates
Payment information

Tuition:
Payment of tuition is due before class starts. Payment may be made via:

  • Visa, Mastercard or American Express
  • Check to "University of Arizona South Continuing Education"
  • Company PO
  • Form 1556

Once payment is received in our office, you will receive a confirmation email for your class. You are NOT confirmed for class until this email is sent.

Tuition includes all necessary class materials, including textbooks, materials and handouts. Exam fees are separate unless otherwise stated and payable directly to the testing center of your choice when you complete your certification exam. (UA South is a VUE Testing Center)

Discounts:
Non-combinable tuition discounts of approximately 29% are available in () on class description pages for the following:

-Government Organizations: U.S. Army, DoD, VA, State, City, County/WIA, Schools, UA, etc.

-H1B Grant: Companies utilizing the grant are eligible for an already-low pre-negotiated price, and then typically another 50% off the discounted rate (an 80% total discount roughly.)

-Groups: A group is defined by UASCE as 10 or more students in one class organized by one person (different companies are okay if organized together.)

-Early Enrollment: Register and pay at least four weeks in advance of the class start for the lower tuition.

Class Cancellation:
Do you absolutely NEED this training for your job? Concerned about your class being cancelled due to low enrollment? UASCE offers a no-cancellation guarantee for classes with low enrollment. Pay the $175 no-cancellation fee when you register, and even if you're the only student in the class, we'll still run the class for you! This fee is non-refundable once paid, but it's a guarantee that the learning will go on for you. Questions? Call 266-1715

Pre-paid Training / Vouchers:
Have the budget now for training - but not the people or time? Simply prepay for training with UASCE! You can carry a credit with UASCE indefinitely, and register your students in either open-enrollment classes or your own custom classes.

Expectations:
Your confirmation email will contain directions to campus and the classroom, meeting time recap and other important information. Please arrive 15 minutes early the first day. During the last meeting of class, an evaluation will be distributed for your feedback about your experience with us. Class completion certifications and (if applicable) exam vouchers are distributed at the end of the class. Attendance: Please attend each meeting of the class. If you can not attend, please call 266-1715 or email us so we can notify the instructor and update the roster. Non-attendance can put grant funding in jeopardy.

Refunds:
We understand changes in your life happen, and want to be accommodating as possible. Here are the UASCE guidelines for refunds and changes in your registration.

You may send a substitution of your choosing at any time.

Quality Assurance:

UASCE strives to provide you with a quality experience and high academic quality. If during class you feel we are not meeting your needs, please speak with your instructor or the UASCE-administrative staff. You will also have an opportunity to share your thoughts on the last day of class, when you'll complete a two-page evaluation. If class has completed and you feel we did not adjust to meet your needs, you may request a credit towards a future class by writing on your company letterhead to:

Your letter must be postmarked within ten days of class completion for consideration of a credit or refund. We will evaluate individual complaints in a context of all comments and evaluations from the same class.

Other

H1B Grant
UASCE is approved to work with the H1B Grant for tuition payment and class information. UASCE can work with H1B directly for payment - no need to wait for a company refund!

College Credit
UASCE classes are offered as a non-credit outreach to the community. However, non-UA undergraduate college credit is available through an outside organization for a fee. Please contact us for more information.

On-Site Classes
Need ten or more staff trained at once on the same topic? Have UASCE come to your location to provide training. Classroom setup requirements are flexible and course curriculum is completely customizable.

Custom Classes
Just because it's not listed on our website doesn't mean we can't teach it! UASCE can develop custom classes based on your specific needs. Contact us to learn more about this unique outreach and wonderful service.
