Microsoft Project Software
In our two-day, hands-on class learn how to use Microsoft Project Software within an enterprise. You'll cover the project management basics and how to use Microsoft Project Software to leverage your resources and maximize potential project success. Class topics include how to create a new project, adding tasks and calendaring their duration, adding resources and creating relationships, monitoring project progress, applying costing rates, managing project phases, the filtering and sorting of data, and the editing of tables. You are encouraged to bring any current challenges you are having with the software to class with you for help from the instructor, and class resources include a comprehensive textbook set that can serve as a reference tool once class completes. Classes on Microsoft Project Server are also available by request.
