Are you leveraging all the tools and techniques to truly resonate with adult students? Are you effectively planning your training, and then delivering a quality student experience? Come learn the tools, techniques, and best case examples from experienced experts during your five-day class at UA South Continuing Education. By the end of the first day you'll have covered how adults learn and how to use instructional principles that meet their needs. The second and third day will cover how to plan, design and evaluate effective training, with the final two days spent learning how to apply the skills with proven classroom training techniques. Your tuition includes all necessary tools and materials for class, along with reasonable one-on-one consultation with the instructor and post-class support. This class is ideal for groups of trainers that work together to attend together!
