An accelerated Cisco class including instruction, course and hands-on practice materials, preparation exams and Cisco exam vouchers. You must be Network+ certified or have equivalent experience before enrolling for this fast-paced two-exam program. CCNA and CCDA testing can be done during class and on-site at UA South; with class size limited to just seven students to ensure hands-on time and quality instruction. Tuition deferral available for contractors using Education Assistance. Your equipment for class includes pods of two switches and three routers per student, plus state-of-the art computers with 21" LCD screens.
This is an intense program that requires a significant amount of studying. We will provide you with all the information, self-test software, resources, and expert instruction you need to pass the exams; it is up to you to spend additional time diligently preparing for each exam. Cisco exams - especially the CCNA - are known for their level of difficulty, and as such a total of four exam vouchers are provided for the two certifications. The class schedule typically includes three days covering the CCNA INTRO material, four days covering the Cisco ICND material, and three days hitting the specific CCDA material. By attending the accelerated program you are allowed to attend future CCNA and CCDA classes for free and can even attend longer classroom versions of the non-duty hours classes. Most students pass all the exams during the accelerated program, but a fall-back is always available for those who learn better through the evening sessions.
