Project Management for Technical Team Leads

Are you a technical person now managing a team? If so, this is THE class for you. Designed for team leaders with a technical background, this three day class combines project management theory within a technical environment. You'll learn how to use successful project management skills to bring your projects in on time and under budget. Days one and two of training are focused on the principles of good project management through interactive discussions, team projects and role playing. The final day of class covers the fundamentals of Microsoft Project software through hands-on time with the software to create a schedule, allocate resources and work with budgeting.
