Advanced Project Management

UASCE's Advanced Project Management course goes beyond rehashing the project management methodology taught at the basic level, covering concepts such as Earned Value Management, Risk Management and Change Management. Taught by local PMP Joe Baugh, this two-day course covers the more advanced topics necessary to successfully manage projects and complete them on-time and on-budget.
